Please read it before buying Coins. ## 1. What You Are Buying WaveTune FM sells virtual Coins that are used to unlock premium episodes and chapters. Coins are a digital product delivered to your Account instantly after a successful payment. Coins are not money and have no real-world monetary value. ## 2. All Sales Are Generally Final Because Coins are digital and delivered immediately, **all Coin purchases are generally final and non-refundable**. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you receive the Coins right away and that you are giving up any cooling-off period that might otherwise apply to digital goods. ## 3. When a Refund May Be Considered We understand that genuine problems can happen. We will review a refund request if: - You were charged but the Coins were **not** credited to your Account. - You were charged **more than once** for the same order (a duplicate charge). - A technical error on our side caused money to be deducted without delivering Coins. - The law in your region requires a refund in your specific situation. ## 4. When Refunds Are NOT Given Refunds will generally not be provided when: - The Coins have already been used to unlock content. - You simply changed your mind after purchasing. - You are unhappy with a story or its content (content is a matter of personal taste). - You purchased by mistake but the Coins were delivered correctly. - Your Account was suspended or banned for violating our Terms. ## 5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, raise a ticket through in-app **Support within 7 days** of the transaction. We may ask for additional details to verify the transaction. ## 6. Processing Time If a refund is approved, it is usually processed within **5 to 7 business days** to your original payment method. The exact time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, and may be longer during holidays or banking delays. ## 7. Cancellations Coin purchases are one-time transactions and are completed instantly, so there is no separate cancellation step.
